After going through each sketch as a group to gain a shared understanding of each concept, we wanted to define the scope of our project. As we discussed many different possibilities of how we wanted to continue with our project, we needed to define the components of ‘mobile execution’ to be designed.

Our focus will be dedicated to designing mobile execution on the side of what the crew would see while executing, keeping in mind other components of execution including the interface in the planetary vehicle. The overall deliverable goal is to develop a high-fidelity prototype of the mobile system. The interface in the planetary vehicle will be developed as appropriate if it needs to be used in conjunction with the mobile system. This would entail low- to medium- fidelity sketches at most because we want to delve deep in designing the mobile system and not the planetary vehicle interface.
